I have four cats, and they love it. Easy to maintain.
I have four rescue cats and a rescue Yorkie. I purchased two of these units, and I am so glad I did. It took everyone about half a day to decide the new system was acceptable. They are extremely quiet, so no scaring the animals. I no longer need to worry about bad water for my animals. I cannot imagine anyone being unhappy with this product.
We use it for three cats, and they all seem to love it. It is a bit of a hassle to clean it every two weeks. I think they say to clean it weekly, but that is too often for me.
This is just what I needed. No more filling and cleaning multiple dirty water bowls. I love it, and so do my three pets. It is quiet, the LED light is nice, the water flows flawlessly through the flower, and it is easy to clean about every two weeks. Everything needed is included, and setup is a breeze. I recommend it.
My cats love this fountain. It is a good product for a great price. The replacement filters are reasonably priced as well. The only thing I do not really like is that if the tops are not sitting just right, it makes an annoying vibrating noise, hence the four-star rating. I wish the silicone mat that comes with it had a small lip to keep spilled water from running onto the floor. My cats get the zoomies and do not always clear the corner where the fountain sits.
I bought this to replace another flower unit that had seen its better days. The unit works well, is easy to clean, and easy to put together. The light works to show the water level, and it runs quietly. I am happy with my purchase and thought it was a great deal.
This purchase was made specifically for its value as a function of time. This item was not something Walmart stocks in stores. However, considering cost and delivery time, I decided to buy the fountain. The entire purchase was based on price, value, and delivery time, none of which were mutually exclusive. I received frequent delivery updates. Late into the night before the expected arrival date, a message came saying there was a delay and the delivery date was pushed out beyond what was acceptable. This made the purchase useless. Otherwise, my advice is to consider the importance of delivery, as it is truly irrelevant in the transaction.
The cats were curious, but the dogs did not like sharing, and they refuse to drink from the bowl. I would never be able to get up from the floor.
There is really nothing that I can complain about with this product. It is easy to clean, and for the price, it is okay.

It takes up less space in the dishwasher and is easier to clean. My cats use it. There is some sound of trickling water, but that does not bother me.

I was pleasantly surprised that this water fountain filters the water as well as it does. I have tried a couple of other fountains that my cats did not like. My cats actually like this one and use it. I really like the window and the light that helps show the water level. The filters have done a wonderful job keeping the water clean.
The fountain is okay. The light appears to be going out already, and the water stream is just a trickle since it comes out five ways. It is okay for the money.
It was easy to set up, but none of my pets will drink from it. That includes my Yorkshire Terrier and both of my cats. I am concerned that my youngest cat, Max, does not seem to be drinking enough water, which is why I ordered this fountain. I can only hope they will get used to it and start using it. Otherwise, this money would have been better saved. I will update my review if anything changes.
I reached out to customer service to ask if an extension cord could be used, but they did not respond. I ordered the metal fountain. Assembly was easy, pricing was reasonable, and it looks good. My cats quickly began using it. I recommend this product and would purchase it again.
I am really happy with this water fountain. I bought it for my cat. It came with everything plus extra filters. It was easy to put together, and it runs perfectly. It keeps the water cool for her too. I love the mat it came with in case she splashes. I love the price point as well. Great product.

Both my cat and dog drink out of it, so I no longer stress about keeping separate water bowls topped?off.
After two days of running, my dog wanted nothing to do with this fountain. I took it apart and realized I had to change the filter already. Keep in mind that I used filtered water from the start, so why did I need to switch filters after only two days?
My pets and I love this. We got the removable flower part, which makes it moderately loud. We removed it, and without it, the fountain is actually very quiet unless the water is low, then it makes a low, bubbly sound.
My cats took to it right away, and they drink a lot more water now. It is quiet. I change the water every five days instead of daily.
