Very easy to clean, holds a lot of water, and is very quiet. A great buy for the price. Better than the one I bought from a pet store that only lasted two weeks. It is very easy to break down and clean, and they give you the tools to clean it with. The best part is that replacement filters come with it.
I thought I was buying a replica of a fountain made by a well-known brand because it looks similar. The filter looked the same too. Except when I started putting it together, I realized it was not the same. It literally looks like a lesser quality product. The color is dull, and the flower on top where the water comes out into the very shallow bowl feels and looks cheap. The filter is half the size, the plastic is very thin, and the pieces are thin and flimsy. The worst part is that the plastic dish holding the water for my pet to drink from is too large for the amount of water that comes out from the top. So the dish does not hold a normal amount, about half an inch deep, to filter and move the water. This square fountain was very different from my first one, which had a round shape. It was much cheaper. I thought it was the same only less expensive, which is why I bought it. I did not know that these things come in good, better, best until now. The plastic is thin, and the edges are not smooth, making washing and maintenance more difficult than necessary. After reviewing this product, I will return it. I will pay the extra for the better made, rounded fountain with the much larger filter.
My kitty felt nervous at first, yet she feels completely at ease drinking from it now.
Great fountain, but it is missing the blue cover for the waterfall.
This is an amazing product. I would highly recommend it.
My dogs are drinking more, and I do not have to wash their water bowl every day. This has made my life less complicated. We have learned to listen for when it needs more water; otherwise, it makes no noise. Very happy.
I used it for two weeks and noticed the sound started to go from low to loud. Then I checked inside the fountain and saw small rust starting to form. I immediately returned it.
My cats love it. Easy to set up, easy to clean, and better for my pets.
It is not that it does not work. It is that it is so quiet that it does not entice the cats to drink. It has to make some sound, or they will not drink from it. I have an old fountain, and my cats drank from it with ease and came running when they knew I was refilling it. That is not the case with this one. Unfortunately.
The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. Easy to assemble. It is very nice looking and quiet. Some of my cats liked it right away, and some will take time to get used to it. Overall, a very nice water fountain at a very reasonable price.
This fountain is excellent. My cats love the multiple streams and the fact that the water pools like a regular water bowl if they do not like the streams.
My two cats automatically knew this fountain was for them. No more knocking over the water bowl to make the water move. They love it.
This is the best product out there.
Makes little to no noise. The cats and Chihuahua like using it. It is easy to clean and does not get slimy like stainless steel bowls.
I purchased two of these bowls, one for small dogs and one for my cat. The one on the counter is very quiet and nice, but the one on the floor for the dogs is making nasty noises all night and day, and I am annoyed. I also no longer drive, so running around doing returns is not something I like to do, and I work all the time. Walmart stores are not very close to me either. So I am unsatisfied, and I am going to have to just lose money yet again with a Walmart order. It gets old after a while when items are not satisfactory. Listening to this grinding noise in the pump is frustrating; it is so loud. So, fifty-fifty: one is quiet, one is annoyingly loud out of two.
My cats love it, and it helps keep them out of the sinks. Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Nice capacity bowl for two cats; no refilling all the time. Refilling is easy during cleaning or from the top. The filter seems to work well; no slowing of water with it in place. It came with a floor mat, and extra filters for both the pump and water, which are nice additions. The blue light can be turned on or off. It does hum while running, not loud by any means, but you will know it is there. Great price. I would purchase this item again.
My cat was wary of this, but do not let that stop you. Stop running water from the sink for a few days, and they will try it and like it.
It works great, no complaints. We have only had it for about four weeks. The water stays fresh, and the pump runs quietly. Just a heads-up: the instructions recommend cleaning the filter every two weeks, which is important to keep it working smoothly. So far, it has been a solid addition to our pet setup.
It took a few days for my cat Rascal to figure out that the fountain was for him to drink from, but just yesterday I watched him take the biggest drink ever. I am very happy I tried this item.
I have two adult cats that enjoy this water fountain. We had a simple one-spout fountain, then the pump went out, and I needed to purchase more filters. While shopping for a pump and filters for the old fountain, I realized there was not much difference in the price for this new, even prettier and more colorful fountain complete with pump and filters. My cats love it. It also lights up.
Although an inside corner piece was snapped off in shipping, I am assuming, I am pleased with my pet purchase, but I wish replacement filters were not so expensive for me.
Very quiet, and all my cats like it.
My cat loves this fountain. It is pretty and quiet. Cleanup is easy, and there are not a lot of parts to rinse and clean.
My cats really liked it, but one of them developed chin acne from it, and they both started getting sick frequently. Apparently, that can happen with plastic fountains no matter how well you clean them. They grow a significant amount of bacteria.
I have multiple cats, and they all like it. Even my small dog likes it. I have noticed they drink more water than before. Nice product.
I love this item. It works great and holds more water than I thought it would.
My cat and I like it very much. I have had it for five days and cleaned the filter and changed the water when it was low. I have a twenty-pound male cat who drinks a lot of water. This encourages him to drink plenty; he really likes it. When I ordered it, I had two cats, but the other cat was sick and died before the fountain was delivered. This is perfect for my big boy.
This unit is quiet. The instructions were easy to follow. I went ahead and ordered the replacement filters at the same time I ordered the fountain. Our dog is skittish, so it took an afternoon or so to give him the space to figure out just how thirsty he was. Now it is a done deal. Happy so far.
